We are not building just a house, it’s your home. It should reflect your individual taste and style. We have always had our Design Freedom program, now we have taken the personalization to the next level. The Rodrock Custom Design Experience creates the opportunity for you to work with an interior designer during the construction process.
How Does it Work?
By partnering with a design professional, you will be able to not only have a very functional home, but have it showcase your personal style as well.
The designer will ask questions to learn about the look and feel you desire for your home. Next, they will work with your schedule to arrange meetings during the building of your home. They will offer assistance in choosing paint, tile, granite, light fixtures, and other selections to make your home unique.
We will never lose sight of the fact that we are building your home, so the amount of contribution from the designer will be up to you.
Some home buyers will arrive at the first meeting with most, if not all, of their selections already predetermined. Others will rely on the input of the designer for almost all aspects of the selection process. In most cases, the best fit for you may be somewhere in between.
The home’s stage of construction at purchase also impacts the level of involvement. A home near completion may only have a few selections remaining. However, buying a home early in the construction process, or even before construction begins, known as a “build job,” is where the help of a design professional may be the most beneficial.
The designer has the distinct ability to view a floor plan and make suggestions to get the most from that space. They have the eye for making subtle adjustments to cabinets, trim, and even room layouts which results in a completely personal look and feel for your home.
This much personalization to your home has never been available except at the upper levels of custom home builders. But now that is possible with the Rodrock Custom Design Experience.
