It’s the first Sunday in the city’s much anticipated Parade of Homes. If you want to see the most award-winning homes featuring the most innovative, family-friendly designs in one stop, there’s just one word you need to know: Wyngate.
Located at 159th and Grant between Antioch and Switzer in Overland Park, the Wyngate community has enjoyed early record-setting sales in 2013, with nearly two homes per week selling in February.
Kansas City Homes & Gardens magazine, the Larsen II a silver for interior design by Kansas City’s Twigs Interiors, and the Hepburn II a silver for best model home in the $300,000-$500,000 price range.
